Ayurveda 101

Join The Wandering, WeWork H St, Whole Foods Market DC, and Ayurvedic wellness expert Samantha Attard for a morning dedicated to demystifying Ayurveda. Beginning with an Ayurveda 101 workshop - determining your dosha and learning how to utilize its qualities to foster your most nourished you- then a ‘Pitta Pacifying’ yoga practice and communal table to tie it all together, come with an opened mind, big appetite, and your yoga mat. 

For this event, The Wandering has developed and packaged a ‘Pitta Pacifying’ granola, perfect for pairing with your favorite smoothies, chia puddings, and morning rituals. Available as an addition to your ticket, think: early summer berries, quinoa, and lots of coconut.
